This company is Qualified, Thorough, and Professional! But what really sold us was their humility and compassion to our situation. We needed a cleanup company during a tragedy and there was no way of getting around it! We consulted with a few companies and Bio-One Richmond was our choice! They talked us through the cleanup process, were sensitive to our needs and alleviated stress. Unfortunately companies take advantage of people in such circumstances- all about the bottom line and no concern for people. Bio-One Richmond was AMAZING! Many many many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team of professionals who took care of my father‘s home after his passing. The entire job was completed in five days and was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect. The home had a lot of stuff to clean out and sort through; and Mark and his team did an absolutely wonderful job going through each box, every drawer and every cabinet in order to see what should be kept and what could be thrown away. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the home, but I personally was able to help one of his workers with a solar system that we had installed and he was able to remove it safely and use it for his own. Thank you Mark for the amazing job that you and your team did!

Bio-One provided excellent service throughout the cleanup process. Mark was responsive to calls and text messages. His crew got in fast in response to a short timeframe on my part, did excellent work, and communicated clearly and often throughout the process. Mark worked hard to try to find the most affordable deal for me, and I definitely thought he and Bio-One went above and beyond to be professional and kind during a difficult period for our family.

Two weeks ago a family friend fell upstairs and died from a head wound. It was a bit of a horrific situation. Marc and Chase came over immediately (even on a Saturday night) to remove the hazardous stuff and remove the floor. They guided me through the process and also worked with us on a very fair price.
