Marc was so professional and supportive through a process we never thought we would need to have. The space was cleaned and checked thoroughly and I feel so much better with their help. I highly recommend Marc and his team!

Two weeks ago a family friend fell upstairs and died from a head wound. It was a bit of a horrific situation. Marc and Chase came over immediately (even on a Saturday night) to remove the hazardous stuff and remove the floor. They guided me through the process and also worked with us on a very fair price. They are fantastic and I recommend them very much

Many many many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team of professionals who took care of my father‘s home after his passing. The entire job was completed in five days and was conducted with the utmost dignity and respect. The home had a lot of stuff to clean out and sort through; and Mark and his team did an absolutely wonderful job going through each box, every drawer and every cabinet in order to see what should be kept and what could be thrown away. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the home, but I personally was able to help one of his workers with a solar system that we had installed and he was able to remove it safely and use it for his own. Thank you Mark for the amazing job that you and your team did!

I had a lot of rodent waste in my attic and knee walls under dormers. I called Bio One Richmond and Marc and Chase came to do the inspection and estimate. They both have a great personality and we’re very professional. Chase headed up the work and did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with his easy going personality and his work ethic. He had to remove lots of waste and insulation, spray, paint, reinstall insulation and plug gaps in the eaves in an extremely hot attic. He never once complained. His work was very neat and he cleaned up behind himself. I didn’t have to do a thing! And, on his way out he removed a fallen tree that was on my gate. He is the supervisor and sets a great example for his employees. I am so appreciative of a job well done! I highly recommend this company! I am a very happy customer!

Amazing to work with. I discovered a terrible hoarding situation with a family member. I discovered Bio-One and gave them a call. Marc was wonderful to work with. We met at the home and he took several hundred photos. Marc came out and we met for an hour and half. He reviewed everything with us in complete detail. I had met with another company which consisted of a walk thru by the foreman and a 3-4 line estimate from the owner. Although considerably lower I opted for Bio -One. Best decision I have made in a long time. His project Chase was extremely caring and professional. He even caught a terrified kitty I couldn't get near. Kitty was my family member's biggest concern. She is being boarded and content.. These folks genuinely care about their clients. I could not have asked for better service than we received. Thanks Bio-One for getting us through this terrible situation........

While I haven't used Bio-One, I've known Marc for over 30 years. He is very customer-focused, tries to do the right thing, and is intelligent, compassionate, and hard-working. If you need these types of services, you should definitely consider Marc.

I just used Bio-One Richmond to help me with "Overwhelming Clutter". Marc responded immediately, gave me an estimate, and set up a scheduled time. The team members (1 to 4 of them) showed up daily on-time and ready to work. Chase lead the group and set up a daily plan with me. He and Chase 2.0 and Elliot and Sidny were efficient, effective and respectful as they listened to my requets, filled 2 large dumpster loads, delivered donations and cleaned the garage, the attic, and every room. Great crew! I highly recommend them!
